Special Winter events in the Massif du Sancy

From Jazz to cross-country skiing, there is something for everybody this Winter



23rd December to 30th December: 'Le Noel des Lutins' – a week of special events specially for children. Father Christmas and his elves are the guests of honour in Besse and Super Besse.

23rd December: 'Illumination de Noel' – the medieval town of Besse will be lit by a thousand candles - a perfect way to start the festive celebrations.





2nd January to 6th January: 'Semaine Nordique' – a week in the resort of Super Besse dedicated to the discovery of cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing,dog-sleighing culminating with L'Acrechade' on the 6th January.

1st February to 2nd February:' Trophée Andros' – car racing on ice! An exciting series of races on the ice track at Super Besse.

23rd February to 1st March: Festival Sancy Snow Jazz - a week of jazz in the bars and restaurants of the Massif du Sancy.

22nd March to 24th March: 'La Nuit du Ski' - Easter weekend on the slopes - games and activities on the ski slopes of Super Besse.
