There are 4 Type of Certificates you can generate:
1. DAR - Coded as 'A'
2. GIR - Coded as 'B'
3. DPA - Coded as 'C'
4. DQC - Coded as 'D'
Each Certificate has a code number. Decode as:
[Locality Code] -
[Certificate Code] -
[Years after Birth of Singem] -
[Fortnight when the Certificate was generated] -
[increment off 5000]

Manual Home ::
Ø The code for each certificate type is provided.
Ø The derivation details of code number for each certificate is explained here.
Certificate Generator ::
Ø It shows the four types of certificates, which are to be generated. i.e. A. DAR [ diamond appraisal certificate ] – B. GIR [gem identification report ] – C. DPA [diamond parcel analysis ] – D. DQC [ diamond quality certificate ].
Ø Click on the type of certificate you want to generate.
Ø Now you will find a form for that particular type of certificate.
Ø Fill up the fields, selecting values from the dropdown. If, you want to enter a customized value, do not select from the dropdown. Enter the value in the box provided beside the select box.
Ø After you have filled up all the fields, click the “Print Now” button for a preview of the certificate. Then you can go for the print option in the file menu of your toolbar. Or, you can also print the certificates later when you need to. If you click the “Printer” link on the menu at the top, you will find the list of certificates which have been generated, but may or may not have been printed.
Ø If you click the “Group Print “ button in the certificate generator page, you will find the same page as the “Printer” link. Here you can print several certificates all together saving both printing paper and time.
Values Generator ::
Ø Here you can populate the values for the dropdowns of different fields of the certificate generator. Maximum 20 values per dropdown is possible.
Ø Fill up the boxes provided with values and then save it.
Ø You can check back the values entered from the Certificate Generator dropdowns.
Printer ::
Ø This gives the list of all certificates that has been generated for printing or have already been printed. Here you will find the details related to each certificate – Certificate Id, Certificate Type, and Print Status.
Ø From here you can group print several certificates by selecting the check boxes any time or as many number of times as you want.
Database Backup (CSV) ::
Ø It keeps a log or record of all certificates generated or printed.
Ø Click the first file in the list and that will give you the CSV.
